1.With a total registered voter population of 22,120,450, about 15,594,917 votes are expected to be cast on 9th August 2022, translating to a voter turnout of 71%.
2.William Ruto will only beat Raila in 3 voting blocs i.e the Kalenjin, Turkana and Mt. nations by 80%, (1,556,762 votes), 56% (90,830 votes)and 53%, (2,141,032 votes) respectively.
3.Raila will beat Ruto in 8 voting blocs i.e the Waria 61% (349,981 votes), Coast 61% (814,312 votes), Luhya 60% (1,020,601 votes), Luo 94% (1,624,647 votes), Kisii 69% (463,822 votes), Maa 57% (383,866 votes), Kamba 81% (963,744 vote) Nairobi 61% (1,105,004 votes) and Diaspora & prison 63% (7,341 votes).
CONCLUSION: Raila will win the August Presidential poll by 55.85% (8,709,352 votes) against Ruto’s 41.67% ( 6,497, 942 votes).
